#MMMAY16. That’s going to be my hashtag of the month!

I’ve signed up at So, Zo… What do you know? and pledged myself to wear handmade everyday for the entirety of May! What craziness is this you may ask? Well it’s a personal challenge for each person who signs up to push themselves to start using their me-made items into their day to day lives. It’ll help to point out holes in your wardrobe so you can plan your new makes. And it’s a push to finish those half made items lingering at the back of your workspace…

For me, I’m hoping it’ll be the pressure needed to make me integrate my home made items into day to day life. I tend to overlook my handmade items when I’m picking out my wardrobe because I’m usually too tired of looking at it/ annoyed at it/ angry about that seam that just won’t sit right to wear them! I also don’t have a lot of work appropriate me made clothes so maybe I’ll challenge myself to make some new pieces.
